Department of Engineering Sciences & Humanities constitutes Mathematics, Applied Physics, Applied Chemistry & Civil Engineering. Department looks after all the academic activities of first year. Department is supported by three PhDs and eight postgraduate faculties. Two faculties are pursuing their research work. Faculty is actively involved in research. Their research work is published in the form of a research paper. Department is intending to undertake different projects like preparing a noise map of Nashik city, impact of noise on police, industry workers etc. The classrooms are well equipped with modern teaching aids like LCD projector, computer, OHP etc., so as to make the teaching learning process effective. All the Faculty members prepare the teaching plan as per the standard format provided. The lecture delivered by Faculty members focuses on content of the syllabus, basic concept & current trends.

Teachers are taking utmost care to make the lecture interactive & encourage the students to think conceptually. Even students are involved in delivering the lectures. Students are also encouraged to participate in co-curricular & extracurricular activities. Many first year students participated in seminars, paper presentations, elocution competitions etc. Some of the students at first year level won the prizes. All the laboratories are spacious, well established and well equipped with modern equipment. Applied Chemistry lab is provided with fuming chambers, a modest Borosil distilled water plant having capacity 4lit/hr. Civil Engineering. Lab is equipped with an electronic distance metre. All the equipment is procured from well known manufacturers. With an aim to carve a niche for itself in Information Technology and allied domains, the department strives to:
