Admission Procedure

The following Admission procedure should be followed by all candidates who have been allotted seats by State CET Cell, Maharashtra State and Institute for Admission to First Year & Direct Second Year Degree and MBA & MCA first Year in “Sandip Institute of Technology & Research Centre, Mahiravani, Nashik”

Instructions to the Candidates:
DESK 01: Candidate visit the Reception Counter for Inquiry of Admission & Further Process.
DESK 02: Candidate will get the Anti-ragging Affidavit. (Corridor).
Desk 03 : Candidate will get his filled forms and documents verified. (Corridor).
Desk 04 : Candidate will get his information filled in ERP.  (Desk 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D, 5E).
Desk 05 : Candidate will upload the Photo & Documents in ERP, Confirm and Generate the Challan at (Desk 6A, 6B, 6C)
Desk 06 : Candidate will Submit the Cash in Bank (BOI/HDFC).
Desk 07:  Candidate will Submit the Cash Challans or Challan & DD.
Desk 08 :  Candidate will the Confirm Admission on ARA webportal & take the Confirmation Letter.
Desk9:  Candidate will Submit the Original Documents, Admission Form and Confirmation letter.
Desk10. Candidate will get Challan generated for Hostel & Transport (if opted for).  (“A” Building).
Desk 11: Candidate will Report to Library for Identity Card, Suggestions. Filling up of feedback form.

Important Note:


  • Backward Class candidates admitted against Reserved Category must fill & submit the Government Free-ship/Scholarship forms within 8 (Eight) days from the date of admission. Forms are available on line.
  • The student and their parents must submit undertakings in respect of ragging (the format is available on the web site and on the Notice Board), 75% attendance and for Fees Regulating Authority fees.
  • The fee paid at the time of admission is ad hoc/interim and may change as per the directives of Fees Regulating Authority and students will have to pay revised fee within three weeks after the notification. Undertaking in this respect must be submitted jointly by parent and candidate at the time of admission. as stated in earlier paragraphs.
