Any female who wants help from WGC, has to file a complaint. She can do so by writing an application to the Chairperson of WGC with details of Specific nature of the incident, date and the place of the incident, name of all parties involved with all pertinent facts are to be mentioned in the complaint.
With this, WGC will find the nature of complaint and will immediately initiate the investigation of the case accordingly. In case of Sexual harassment the complainant shall be forwarded to Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) whose objective is to serve such complaints only and works hand in hand with WGC. WGC is responsible to maintain the secrecy of the complaint and outcome of the investigation.
It is strongly urged to a female who feels that she has been harassed, to bring the subject to the notice of a member WGC, immediately. WGC will investigate the inquiries or complaints as early as possible. Any investigation will be conducted in confidential manner as compatible with a thorough investigation of the complaints.
