After launching the complaint, WGC will immediately start the investigation by interviewing the female who has launched the complaint and then to the offended person, all potential witnesses, relevant persons. Statements of all interviewed persons will be recorded on paper. After reviewing all recorded statements, the fair decision will be given by the committee and same will be communicated to the complainant if required. WGC will find out the culprit of the incidence based on the investigation carried out and will take appropriate action accordingly. If any female filing a complaint is not satisfied with the decision given by the WGC, then she can make appeal before the Principal of the Institute.
