The policy was framed with the aim to promote a social, physical and psychological environment through the following objectives:
- To provide comfort and trust to girl student or lady faculty who launches the complaint to WGC.
- To solve any cases related to women harassment.
- To solve raging related issues if any.
- To sensitize women on different issues by arranging seminars and workshops.
- To support women empowerment in the campus.
