Program Educational Objective (PEO)
PE1: Graduates of the programme will have multi-disciplinary knowledge and innovative skills to design and develop electrical & electronics products and systems.
PE2: Graduates of the programme will possess the knowledge to excel in the design, commissioning, testing, operation and maintenance of electrical equipment’s and apparatus in various industries.
PE3: To develop capability to understand the fundamentals of basic science for mathematically analyzing the engineering problems with futuristic approach.
PE4: To foster a confident and competent graduate capable to solve real life practical engineering problems fulfilling the obligation towards society.
PE5: To nurture and nourish effective communication and interpersonal skill to work in team with a sense of ethics and moral responsibility for achieving goal.
PE6: Graduates of the programme will possess the knowledge and motivation to pursue higher studies leading to research.

After Successful completion of graduation in Electrical Engineering, the graduates should be able to:
PO1 : Solve complex engineering problems by applying knowledge mathematics, science and engineering principles.
PO2 : Identify, formulate and analyze engineering problem methodically to reach proper conclusions.
PO3 : Design a system, component or process to meet desired technical, safety, health and environmental specifications.
PO4 : An ability to visualize and work on laboratory and multidisciplinary tasks.
PO5 : Design, simulate, analyze and implement electrical systems of varying complexity by
using appropriate techniques and software tools like MATLAB,PSCAD,PLC & SCADA etc.
PO6 : Communicate effectively through reports, presentations and discussions with in both the technical domain and the community at large.
PO7 : Be committed to professional ethics, responsibilities and economic, environmental, societal, and political norms.
PO8 : Apply Knowledge gained to assess societal, safety and cultural issues relevant to the professional engineering practice.
PO9 : Apply to utilize experimental, statistical and computational methods and tools necessary for engineering practice.
PO10 : Conduct investigation of problems, locate, search and select relevant data fro datasheets, standard databases and literature review, open ended experiments.
